Repeater Major Modification Request

A Major Modification Request should be submitted when a repeater is moved to a different location and/or if the antenna height is changed compared to the originally coordinated parameters, or if there is a change of transmitter power, feedline loss, or antenna gain that results in an change of Effective Radiated Power (ERP). Any change to the RF footprint of the repeater is considered a Major Modification.
